The Titan ebike package includes the main frame, battery, front wheel, and front fender. An accessory box contains the headlight, kickstand, quick release lever, two keys, toolkit, battery charger with cable, pedals, and owner’s manual.
2. Do I need to assemble the bike myself?
The Titan ebike arrives 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to attach the front wheel, kickstand, pedals, front fender, and headlight. A toolkit and detailed instruction manual are included to make the assembly process simple and straightforward, even for beginners.
3. Is the Titan suitable for my height?
The Titan is designed to fit a broad range of riders. It is recommended for individuals with a height between 5′6″ and 6′2″, making it a great fit for most adult riders.
4. What is the warranty policy?
We provide a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind. The bike frame is covered for 5 years. All other mechanical components come with a 1-year warranty, while the electrical components are covered for 2 years.
