Vantana Bikes offers a 30-day return service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the detailed policy below:

 

1. Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@vantanabikes.com via email before the order has shipped. Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee the successful cancellation of your order. If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once the order has shipped, you will be unable to cancel it. We will make every effort to provide subsequent support, but a restocking fee may be charged. To ensure smooth processing, please contact support@vantanabikes.com at your earliest convenience.

 

2. Return Policy

All returns must be authorized in writing by support@vantanabikes.com before proceeding.

Returns for Quality Issues:

If you discover a quality issue within 30 days of receiving the item, please contact support@vantanabikes.com promptly and provide relevant photographic or video evidence. We will assist you with the return and cover the return shipping costs.

Returns for Non-Quality Issues:

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item, but you must obtain written authorization from support@vantanabikes.com. Returns will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions:

  1. Unused Condition: The electric bicycle must have no more than 3 miles on the odometer and must not show any signs of wear, dirt, odor, or other indications of use.
  2. Complete Packaging: The product must remain in its original packaging and condition, including all accessories (such as chargers, keys, hardware, etc.).
  3. Warranty Issues: Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing the return.
  4. Accessories and Replacement Parts: All returned accessories or replacement parts must be unused, and their packaging and condition must remain as received, and they must be kept sealed and unopened.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for non-quality issue returns. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.

 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our return policy. The shipping costs for returned products, without written consent from Vantana Bikes, will be borne by you.

We will process refunds within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For items purchased using a discount code, the value of the discount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Gift Returns:

  • Customers must return all gifts included in the order, and the gifts must remain free from wear, dirt, dust, or any other signs of use.
  • If customers wish to retain part of the gifts, the retail price of those items will be deducted from the refund.
  • If customers insist on returning used gifts, corresponding depreciation fees will be deducted based on the condition of the gifts.
  • Fragile gifts are not eligible for return, and the retail price of those items will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of free gifts.

We recommend that you retain the original packaging for at least 30 days after receiving the product.
