Coverage Scope

1. This warranty policy applies only to electric bikes purchased directly from the official website, Vantanabikes.com. For bikes purchased through other channels, please contact the original dealer for after-sales service. However, all Vantana bike owners are entitled to lifetime troubleshooting support from the Vantana customer service team.
2. This warranty policy applies solely to the original purchaser of the electric bike. Warranty transfer is permitted only if all of the following conditions are met:
   • The original warranty period has not expired;
   • The new owner can provide the original purchaser’s name and order number;
   • The bike has not been modified, altered, or otherwise changed from its original configuration.

Warranty Coverage

• Bike Frame: 5-year limited warranty;
• Electrical Components and System: 2-year limited warranty;
• All Other Mechanical Components: 1-year limited warranty.

      To request warranty service, the bike must be properly assembled, relatively clean, and accompanied by the original, dated proof of purchase.

Warranty Limitations

1. The warranty will be voided under the following conditions:
   • Misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or improper assembly;
   • Failure to maintain the bike according to the Owner’s Manual;
   • Modifications, alterations, or installation of incompatible parts;
   • Corrosion, accidents, abnormal, excessive, or improper use.

       Additionally, the warranty will be void if the electric bike is used for rental or bike-sharing programs.

2. Damage occurring during shipping is not covered under this warranty. However, if the following conditions are met, Vantana will replace damaged components:
   • Notification to Vantana within three (3) days of receipt;
   • Dated photographic evidence of the damaged parts provided.

       (Note: Shipping damage claims are highly time-sensitive. Please inspect your bike immediately upon delivery.)

3. Normal wear and tear, aging, or fatigue damage are not covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to: Bearings, bearing races, chainrings, cassettes, tires, tubes, saddles, chains, brake pads, brake rotors, hubs, spokes, handlebar grips, cables & housings, bushings.

4. Paint fading caused by ultraviolet (UV) exposure or outdoor weather conditions is not covered.
5. Labor costs arising from warranty service, including the removal of old parts and installation of new parts, are the owner's responsibility.
6. Vantana reserves the final authority over all warranty-related matters, including:
   • Determining whether a defective product should be repaired or replaced;
   • Selecting the replacement product based on the closest and most comparable item available at the time, without guarantee that it will match the original product exactly.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties and Liabilities

This limited warranty constitutes the sole warranty provided by Vantana Bikes, and explicitly excludes any other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, damage to other property, or punitive damages.

This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by state or country.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to all consumers.

If any provision of this limited warranty is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
