Shipping policy
Shipping Area: Vantana offers free shipping services covering the contiguous United States. Currently, we do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.
Shipping Method: We use FedEx and UPS for shipping. Requests for specific carriers will not be accepted.
Delivery Time: Typically, you will receive your package within 5-7 business days after placing your order. In-stock orders are generally shipped out within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. After your order has shipped, we will send tracking information to your email. Delivery to your address may take an additional 3-5 business days. In rare cases, shipping or transit may experience slight delays. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks, please contact us at support@vantanabikes.com. Vantana will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the specified timeframe, but shall not be liable for any losses (including incidental or consequential losses) resulting from failure to meet such timeframes or deadlines.

Address Change

Before Shipping: Please contact support@vantanabikes.com at your earliest convenience, and we will assist you in updating your new address at no cost.

During Transit: We will attempt to contact FedEx/UPS to change the address. Depending on the carrier's policy, you may be required to pay processing fees. We cannot guarantee a successful address change after the package has shipped; all changes are subject to the carrier's feedback. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you verify the shipping address carefully when placing your order to avoid any potential losses.

After Delivery: Address change requests will not be accepted. You may contact the carrier directly or request our assistance in redelivering the original package. If a package gets lost or stolen due to an incorrect address you provided, we cannot be held responsible.
Shipping Damage
Please contact support@vantanabikes.com within three days of receiving your package and provide dated photos of the damaged product or package. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Claims for shipping damage are time-sensitive, so we recommend inspecting the product for any damage immediately upon receipt.
Package Lost
Vantana is not liable for any items lost or stolen due to actions or inactions of the carrier or any other shipping service. Please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim if you encounter any issues, and Vantana will assist you in the claims process.
Force Majeure
Vantana shall not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, hostile actions, strikes, labor disputes, embargoes, shipping delays, civil authorities, governmental regulations or orders, fire, lightning, and other natural calamities. In the event of such delays, fulfillment will be postponed for a reasonable period to accommodate the delay.
